We went recently and had abominable service and cold food, and not because the place was packed, because it wasn't. Your "green" waitress at least seemed not to be blatantly rude and incompetent, which is what we encountered. When I'm paying big bucks for a nice dinner out, I don't expect to be greeted with "what's up, you guys" and then receive an eye roll when asking for a glass that is lipstick free!
